FAQ for Providers

You can list all of your Solutions or Services for free, but if you want to become more visible it is possible to ad payable services. Learn more in our official price list.

You can always find the latest version of the Adcommodo Terms & Condition here. If you have an account with us, we will notice you, whenever we release new versions of our Terms & Conditions.

You can always find the updated pricing information website, located at the bottom on any page in the footer’s menu. All prices are official.

Support can be reached only by written communication. In case the Adcommodo Support Team needs to speak to you on the phone, you will receive a message about this in your inbox at your Profile page.

We do not send hidden links in our emails. If you receive a link from us in any way, you can see the full URL in the mail. All URL’s will start with: www.adcommodo.com/. If you receive any emails which looks suspicious, please contact the Adcommodo Support Team.

Depending what you need to achieve, there are two ways to get in contact with Adcommodo’s Legal Department.

    • Choose Legal in the Support form.
    • In case of data report of data breach, you can also send an email to dpo@adcommodo.com.

The Adcommodo Team uses a lot of resources locating Solutions and Services around the world, and manually enters found offerings, with a minimum of data entry. All information sent into the platform are official information, mostly gathered from official websites.

If your company’s business is listed in the Adcommodo platform, you or someone in your organization can claim the profile. You will need to provide proof that the profile belongs to you, mostly by having an official email matching the company’s website. Please contact the Adcommodo Support Team, for claiming account.
