Automatic updates
The statutory requirements for payroll calculation are constantly evolving.
There are 4 annual updates which cover approx. 1,000 legal corrections to the payroll system, which are implemented without you having to try yourself! SAP Payroll Cloud, ongoing updates and subsequent configuration are part of the service.
In addition to the fact that you do not have to be responsible for server operation, hosting, security and GDPR compliance concerns, it is now much easier when the solution must be updated with new legal requirements, rates, new functionality, etc.
Can be Integrated with other HR-systems
SAP Payroll Cloud is Integrated with the four largest HR systems in the world – ofcourse directly with SAP’s HR solutions (SAP HCM and SuccessFactors), men also with Workday and integration with Cornerstone is on the way – and it is also entirely possible to integrate the solution with other HR solutions.
With SAP Payroll Cloud, is offered a solution which is already configured – it is ready for use ‘out of the box’.
The solution is built so the individual company’s requirements and local agreements can be implemented as needed.
