Since 2011 we have developed turnkey e-signing and e-identification solutions using electronic IDs that assists companies of all sizes to streamline their processes and increase security throughout the entire document management process. We ara a leading SaaS provider in digital signing and electronic identification, with customers within the Nordic countries and beyond. Security is a part of our DNA, our products and what we do. Because of this, we are ceritified in accordance with ISO 27001, an international standard for information security. In order to provide the best service possible, and further develop our outstanding products, we have expanded significantly and increased our workforce from a couple of employees to staff of nearly 35 over the past few years. Our head office is located in Stockholm, and with our entire development team on site, we have the best pre-requisites to continuously deliver the highest quality solution.

    It’s simply e-signatures — legal, compliant and secure

    When distributing important documents, it is crucial that you have an easy-to-use, trusted and reliable platform. As a Trust Service Provider, Assently falls under the EU’s eIDAS legislation. All our e-signed documents are recognised globally. Assently is compliant with GDPR, and to ensure your own compliance when using our solutions we are certified in accordance with ISO 27001, an international standard for information security.

    Through our Web Office, documents are sent by email or SMS to the signing parties who review and sign them with electronic ID, touch or SMS signature. The e-signed documents are archived and both parties receive a copy. Most importantly, you can choose between our ready-to-use web office or customize our solution based on your specific needs via Assently API.

    How does LiveID work?

    Ensure your customer´s identity with an electronic ID from the Nordic countries when they call your business. When a customer contacts your company, the administrator starts LiveID and can either enter the customer’s email, mobile phone number or Swedish personal identity number to initiate the identification process. If you have entered an e-mail or a mobile phone number the customer receives a link by email or SMS. This link will initiate the identification process on the customers device. If a Swedish personal identity number has been entered, this will initiate the identification in the customer’s BankID app on the customer’s mobile phone or tablet. The administrator is able to follow the identification in real-time in LiveID and will get instant information regarding whether the identification was completed or not.

    With Assently PoS, your customers are able to e-sign contracts in stores instantly on a touch screen device. When a document has been signed, a copy is distributed to both parties. One is archived digitally for your business, and the other copy is sent to your customer by email. In order to validate the identity of your customer, they can use their electronic ID.

    There are several ways of integrating a form for e-signature directly on your company’s web site. You either use the turn-key web automation solution or build an API integration.

    How does it work?

    By uploading an existing PDF in Assently’s service – and activate web automation – a URL is generated, which you can publish on your web site. This short link leads to a web form that resembles an original PDF but can be filled, reviewed, and electronically signed and directly sent to your company’s web site.

    Benefits

    • A web form can be signed on any device (computer, mobile phone and tablet)
    • An opportunity to utilize validation and mandatory fields, which means that the form cannot be signed unless correctly completed.
    • All data is collected and in addition to the signed document, the information given can be exported to an Excel/CSV file for simple collation and further processing.
    • Create a dynamic web form that in a single or several steps collects the needed information. The major advantage with a form is that it can be adjusted in accordance with provided answers and thereby only pose relevant questions, which simplifies filling.

    Do you wish to enact a search in internal or external data bases, such as credit rating or authorized signatory?

    No problem. The information is transferred via Assently’s API to your company’s PDF fill-out form that in the subsequent step is presently already filled in for e-signing. The collected data and file can then through a file or API be transferred to your company’s system, which you take responsibility for.
