A new standard is achievable by using web-based technology to digitalize the existing follow-up and execution process, removing the dead Excel and PowerPoint based business roadmaps and introducing an agile way to drive corporate and cultural transformations.

We started the journey in 2013, got our first business angel funding in 2014 and ran a lot of pilots until we had a fully built out commercial product in 2015. Since then, we have extended our client base from Enterprise businesses to SME’s in 8 European countries and counting.

The Vision

We all work 8-10 hours every day. Our vision is to get the most value out of this time. Both for the company we work for, the colleagues we work with and for ourselves.

We believe in a journey to achieve Execution Excellence for companies and Successful Humans @ Work® for employees. And we are convinced that the more successful humans are at work, the more satisfied and happy they go home to their families with the ripple effect causing more happy families.

The positive spiral (more success as a team drives happier individuals, that drives more engagement in teamwork, to drive more success etc.) becomes a snow-ball effect that builds momentum over time and becomes self-sustainable as soon as you reach critical mass in the organization.
